Return Product Guidelines:  

Returned Products must be in their original condition, i.e. without additional smells, damage, missing labels, missing any parts, etc. 

All product returns must be pre-authorized.  To request to return a product, please complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by clicking HERE.  

General Return Guidelines:

Products sent in error or defective products may be returned for a full credit or replacement, after you receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  We will absorb all shipping cost for these returns.

Products sent correctly, we sent you what you ordered, will be reviewed after receiving your RMA request.  Unreasonable reasons for return product would include:  buyer's remorse, my husband/wife/partner said I spent too much, it was late at night and I didn't know what I was doing,  I had been drinking, the voices in my head told me to buy it, I can't find room to store it, you get the point.
